Fully automatic laminator is designed for thermal film lamination. This laminator is composed of feeding unitlaminating unit and paper separation unit and paper collection system. The electric and pneumatic system is equipped with programmable control(PLC).This machine centralizes the features of compact structure,high automatization and humanized operation design.

Machine Feature

1.	PLC system makes the machine run stably and quietly.
2.	320 size of chromed heating roller is mounted with built-in oil heating system which provides balanced laminating temperature and owns excellnt temperature persistence.
3.	Pneumatic flm unwinding system positions film roll more accurately, and makes the loading and unloading of film roll and film unwinding tension much more convenient.
4.	perforating wheels provide different choices for different specifications of sheets and film.
5.	Perfected traction adjusting system makes traction adjustment more convenient and eficient.
6.	Corrugating delivery system and vibrating receiving system ensure paper cllection more regular and convenient.
