OR-BE crimped cup machine

OR-BE crimped cup machine is designed for making different paper cup with roll rim edge ,The cup will be used for sauce cup ,cake cup as well . Machine control with PLC system ,adopts with Servo motor for feeding paper ,forming cup ,picking up cup .

1、Machine control with PLC ,adding counter table ,can pack 50pcs at one time.    

2、Machine use servo motor instead of air cylinder , based on our new design ,machine raised speed ,Saved air and electricity.    

3、We use one time process to forming cup , so mainly reduce paper wastage ,but keep cup with good high quality shape. ( First put the ready cut round paper blank on stacker ,then machine will feeding paper ,forming cup with roll rim knurling edge at one step , mainly saved paper cost ).
