Machine Introduce
Fully automatic courier bag making machine with hot melt sprayer and bottom gusset. Fully automatic side sealing express bag making machine, using hot melt spraying and bottom folding. Special guide plate and guide roller to reduce friction and wrinkles. Printed image tracking adopts photocell double-sided from German SICK company Heating, double cylinder drive, firm spraying, firm sealing. Side sealing knife adopts hidden heating tube, temperature is stable, flipping heavy side sealing knife, humanized structure design, fast rotation, easy cleaning.

3.Printing image tracking adopts photocell from SICK FROM GERMANY,The photocell of priting together with high technical computer ,The pre-sealing knife is designed specially of bottom four layers film, high speed produce bag.Double sides heating, double cylinder driven, strong for gusing, and strong for sealing .
4.Side sealing knife principal axis transmission belt cylinder lifting and down.Side sealing knife with water cycle cooling system.Side sealing knife adopt best of breed material, high temperature heating ametabolic.Side sealing knife with concealed style heating tube, temperature steady Turnover heavy side sealing knife, humanism structure design, turn fast, easy to cleaning.
5.Collect table adopt automatic collecting bag feeding (intermission model and continuum model)When the bag reach to a certainty quantity, collect table will move automatically, and continuo producing.Collect table is driven by Micro-motor reducing servo.
