Main Feature:

1.Efficient feeder:

Four suctions and four feeds. For all kinds of paper, front blower and side blower are added. With a special presser foot, the paper can be effectively blown loose to ensure smooth delivery of the top paper, and the pre-coded paper can effectively improve production efficiency.

2.Bridge Department:

The bridge design is simple and compact, which can deliver various large and small tissues to the laminating main unit smoothly, quickly and accurately.

3.Oblique position:

The paper positioning and deviation correction adopts a unique, self-developed and designed side gauge device, which is fast, stable and stable.

4.Bottom paper conveying:

The bottom paper feeding structure is matched with a high-efficiency suction system for correct, rapid and effective feeding. All kinds of single-tile, three-layer, four-layer, five-layer, and seven-layer cardboard do not need to replace the paper feeding structure. According to the size and flatness of the paper, the suction volume can be adjusted to meet various papers.

5.Fitting Department:

The high-precision coating wheel uniformly coats the amount of glue on the paper, and it is equipped with an automatic glue supply system, which is more stable and efficient.
