Machine Features:
1. This machine mainly embosses holographic laser film, transfer film, packaging film, used in tobacco and wine packaging, food packaging and other fields.
2. This machine using single plate roller imprint technology to improve the laser resolution effect and productivity.
3. The integrated "holographic laser molding machine structure" independently developed is a combination of two main machines, including transmission, hot embossing holographic image, cooling rewinding and unwinding devices, one-stop operation instead of distributed operation,reduce the connection of supporting equipment, save labor and energy consumption, environmental protection is significant.
4. The machine adopts the PLC control system with high motion precision, and independently developed the unwinding system with correction control, which can automatically correct and locate the offset generated in the transmission process of pressing materials. Independently developedrapid heating and cooling system to ensure that the surface temperature of the imprint roller is stable at ±1ºC. To ensure that the material under pressure will not be deformed due to temperature, improve the yield.
5.The main electrical accessories are Delixi, Schneider and other electrical appliances, the frequency converter using brand vector frequency converter to drive, to ensure the stability of production.
